The Computer Laboratory Rehabilitation Project aims to restore and rehabilitate educational facilities for university students. These facilities were among the most severely affected, as they were used as shelters following the outbreak of the war in Khartoum. In addition, they hosted universities relocated from Khartoum, accommodating student numbers far beyond their intended capacity, all under extremely challenging security and economic conditions.
